Baldwin Earns Patriot League Weekly Award

HAMILTON, N.Y. (11/2/09) - Junior Anna Baldwin (Woodbury, Conn.) was named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week it was announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.
Baldwin put in the game-winning goal in a 2-1 overtime victory against Bucknell this past Saturday. With the win, the Raiders earned the regular season championship and the right to host the Patriot League Tournament this weekend. It is the first time Baldwin has won a weekly award this season.
Colgate will host Navy, Bucknell and American this weekend for the Patriot League semifinals and championship tournament games. As the number one seed, the Raiders will go up against fourth-seeded Navy on Friday, Nov. 6th at 5 p.m. Bucknell, now the three-seed, will take on second-seeded American in the second game starting at 7:30 p.m. The Championship game will take place on Sunday, Nov. 8th at 1 p.m. All games will be played at Van Doren Field.
