In the fall of 1997, Colgate dedicated Tyler's Field, its new AstroTurf Stadium. The stadium is the home of the field hockey and men's and women's lacrosse teams. In 1997, it hosted the final match of the Patriot League Men's Soccer Championship, a 1-0 Colgate win over Lehigh.
